"3rd Annual Firewise Day" at Pybus Market

Protect your home from wildfire. To help you, AAA of Washington and a coalition of public safety agencies invite you to attend the 3rd annual Wenatchee Valley Firewise Day on Saturday, March 10 from 9am to 2pm. Representatives from these organizations will share information and resources on creating defensible spaces, choosing fire-resistant materials, landscaping, disaster planning and the benefits of being a Firewise community: Smokey Bear, Brad Brisbine artist, Columbia Breaks Fire Interpretive Center, AAA Insurance Agency, Chelan County Emergency Management, WA State Department of Emergency Management, Wildfire Home Protection LLC, WSU Extension Master Gardeners, North Central WA Assoc of Realtors Anytime Restoration, Cascadia Conservation District, Forest Ridge and Broadview Firewise Adapted Communities, Chelan County Fire District 1, Chelan County PUD, City of Wenatchee, Pat Winger artist, North Cascade Smokejumper Base (Winthrop), Rivercom 911, United States Forest Service, WA State Department of Natural Resources, Douglas County Fire District 2, American Red Cross, Wenatchee Valley Museum & Cultural Center John Marshall photo slide show, Upper Columbia Salmon Recovery Board, Mapfre USA Insurance, and Mutual of Enumclaw Insurance.
