Science (Neuroscience, Epigenetics, ACE's - Adverse Childhood Experiences, and Resilience) to promote trauma-informed communities and care Joseph Garcia, leader of the Life-Skills-to-Work program specializing in cognitive and professional skills development to help transition from jail back to the community at South Seattle Community College Francisco Ronquillo, Health Extension Officer at University of New Mexico's Health Sciences Center, who uses community partnerships to promote health education and reduce health disparities among Hispanic/Latino communities in the greater Albuquerque area Local community panelists sharing their success stories in North Central Washington's Opioid Crisis Be inspired by others who have implemented similar health care transformation projects and initiatives in their communities Celebrate community success stories, get involved, and share your feedback Listen to important updates on health care transformation project implementation across Chelan, Douglas, Grant, and Okanogan counties.
