Every organization has a culture, even during a pandemic. In some companies it just evolves. Some companies define it and hire people who fit. Employees sometimes create the culture themselves. Culture isn’t really a mystery. Ever wondered how to create culture? Define or investigate your company’s culture? How to improve a negative culture? Staci will provide some foundational information, provide suggestions and tools, and discuss your questions. Join us for What’s for Lunch? on February 17 at noon.
Staci Sleigh-Layman is the 2021 President of the Apple Valley Human Resource Association (AVHRA). Formed in 1997, AVHRA was established to provide leadership, resources, training and education and networking opportunities in north Central Washington. Staci also serves as the Executive Director of HR at CWU in Ellensburg. Staci prides herself in being a good cross between a strategic thinker and a creative problem solver. She lives with ambiguity every day and manages to maintain her sense of humor.
