    Job Description
    This is a full time exempt position reporting to the Executive Director of the UCSRB.The primary role of the Natural Resource Program Manager/Data Analyst is the compilation and evaluation of UCSRB project related data, and current regional spa spatial and quantitative fish and habitat data to support planning and decision making related to Recovery plan implementation. This position also works with key partners, researchers, monitoring entities, technical teams, and project sponsors in support of UCSRB related work.
    The qualified candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (Master's strongly preferred) in Fisheries, Wildlife Science, Environmental Sciences, Natural Resources ir a closely-related field, and at least five years of experience working with diverse groups on natural resource management. Specific course-work could be substituted for the requisite years of experience. Computer proficiency is required in a variety of platforms including Microsoft products, ArcGIS & statistical software. Familiarity with fisheries databases such as SaSI, PTGAIS are beneficial. 
    The Program Manager/Data Analyst must have the capacity to engage in travel within the Upper Columbia region, and to Olympia and other locations where regional recovery meetings are held. A valid Washington State Driver's License is necessary, and access to a personal vehicle may be requirewd, though UCSRB does not have an office vehicle. 
    The salary range for this position is $60,000-$65,000.00 based on experience, plus full benefits: medical, visions, dental & life insurance, retirement plan, vacation and sick leave. More
